What is your Shipping Policy?
Our shipping takes up to 2-5 business days. To ensure that your package is properly delivered & you receive shipment within the time frame we provide, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
If there is an issue with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve the issue.
If after several attempts of contacting you, you don't respond your order will be CANCELED & your money will be refunded back to you.
Incorrect Address?
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP via Email or Instagram DM (@ShopFiveStarGirls). We will do our best to fulfill the request & change the address. If we are unable to, we DO NOT take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
Missing Package?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Five Star Girls, LLC does NOT hold responsibility for state-delivered packages.
